- How do I measure cabinet pull size?
- Measure the center-to-center distance between the two screw holes. This is the most important measurement when selecting cabinet pulls.
- Will these pulls fit my cabinets?
- Compare your existing hole spacing with the size shown on our product page. We provide both inch and mm measurements.
- What is center-to-center distance?
- Center-to-center refers to the distance between the centers of the two mounting holes.
- Which pull size should I choose?
- For most kitchen cabinets, 5 in (128 mm) and 6-1/4 in (160 mm) CTC are among the most popular choices.
Installation
- Do the pulls come with screws?
- Yes. Standard mounting screws are included with all cabinet pulls unless otherwise noted.
- Are these easy to install?
- Yes. Installation only requires basic tools and usually takes just a few minutes.
- Can I install them myself?
- Absolutely. Most homeowners can install our handles without professional assistance.
- What screw lengths are included?
- Most cabinet pulls include screws suitable for standard door and drawer thickness. Note your door thickness if you need longer fasteners.
Material & Finish
- What material are these made of?
- Depending on the model, our products are made from zinc alloy, stainless steel, solid brass or other durable materials.
- Will the finish fade or rust?
- Finish durability varies by SKU, environment and maintenance. Please follow the care guidance on the product page and avoid harsh cleaners.
- What is Champagne Bronze?
- Champagne Bronze is a warm gold-toned finish that offers a modern and elegant appearance.
- Will the color match my existing hardware?
- Different manufacturers may use slightly different finishes. We recommend reviewing all product photos and finish descriptions before ordering.
- How do I clean and maintain cabinet hardware?
- Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners on plated or PVD finishes. For stubborn residue, use mild soap and water, then dry immediately.
- Why can finish color vary slightly between batches?
- Electroplated and PVD finishes may show minor batch-to-batch variation under different lighting. Order samples for color-critical projects.
Shipping & Returns
- How long does shipping take?
- Shipping times vary by destination and shipping method. Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout.
- Do you ship internationally?
- Currently we ship retail orders to the United States and United Kingdom. Wholesale and bulk orders are available worldwide upon request.
- Can I track my order?
- Yes. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
- What if I receive a damaged item?
- Please contact us with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
- How do I start a return?
- Email wzsy@khtumeware.com with your order number, SKU, and reason for return. We will provide RMA instructions if the item qualifies.

- Do you offer wholesale pricing?
- Yes. We welcome distributors, contractors, designers and retailers. Please contact us for bulk pricing.
- Do you offer bulk discounts?
- Project pricing is reviewed case by case based on SKU, finish, quantity and destination. Contact sales for a formal quote.
- What is the MOQ for wholesale orders?
- MOQ varies by model and finish. Share your target SKU and quantity and our team will confirm MOQ and lead time.
- Do you offer Net 30 or open-account credit terms?
- No. We do not currently offer open-account credit terms such as Net 30. Payment requirements are confirmed in the quotation or invoice.
- Can I order samples?
- Sample orders are available for qualified business accounts. Contact us with the finishes and sizes you would like to evaluate.
- Do you support OEM/ODM projects?
- Yes. We have manufacturing experience and can support OEM and ODM projects including custom packaging.
- Can you customize packaging?
- Yes. Custom boxes, labels and insert cards are available for bulk and OEM orders.
- Can you customize finishes?
- Yes. Custom finishes may be available for larger orders.
Product Selection
- How do I choose between knobs and pulls?
- Pulls use hole-center (CTC) spacing and are ideal when replacing existing two-hole hardware. Knobs use diameter (DIA) and work with single-hole doors and drawers.
- What is the difference between Matte Black and Oil Rubbed Bronze?
- Matte Black is a flat dark black finish. Oil Rubbed Bronze is a warmer dark brown-black tone with subtle bronze character.
- Are the products suitable for bathrooms?
- Some products may suit bathrooms or humid rooms, but not every finish is ideal for prolonged moisture or chemical exposure. Check model-specific care and suitability on the product page, and avoid harsh cleaners or standing water on the finish.
- What if my old hole spacing is different?
- Measure your existing center-to-center spacing and select the closest available size. Contact us if you need help matching an uncommon spacing.
- What screw sizes are included?
- Screw sizes vary by model. Check the selected product page for included hardware; do not assume one screw length fits every SKU.
