Sizing & Fit
- Can I get drilling dimensions before installing?
- Yes. Center-to-center hole spacing and key measurements are shown on each product page and called out on the application images. You can use these dimensions to mark your drilling points before installing. If you'd like help confirming the layout for a specific combination of pieces, contact our team and we'll help you plan it.
- How do I measure a cabinet pull?
- Measure from the center of one mounting hole to the center of the other. This is the center-to-center, or CTC, measurement. Do not measure from the outside edges of the pull.
- How do I know whether a pull will fit my existing holes?
- Match the CTC shown on the selected product variant to your existing hole spacing. Millimeter CTC is the controlling measurement; inch values may be rounded for convenience.
- How are knobs measured?
- Most knobs use one mounting hole. Overall size depends on the shape, so check the listed width, diameter, length, height, and projection for the selected SKU.
- What should I check before ordering?
- Confirm the SKU, finish, CTC or overall size, projection, pack quantity, material, screw thread, included hardware, panel thickness, and intended application.
Installation
- Does KHTUMEWARE hardware come with a paper spec sheet or printed installation guide in the box?
- No. All the dimensions you need — center-to-center hole spacing, overall length, width, and projection — are listed on each product page and called out on the application images, so you can confirm fit before you order. We don't include a paper spec sheet or a printed install guide in the box. If you'd like help choosing, matching across a project, or confirming fit, our team is one message away.
- What's included in the box?
- Each order includes the hardware piece(s) shown on the product page — a pull, knob, hook, or backplate as listed. Mounting screws and any accessories are described in the "What's in the box" section on each product page, since contents vary by SKU. If you're unsure whether a specific item includes the screws you need for your cabinet thickness, please reach out before ordering and our team will confirm.
- Do products include screws?
- Included hardware varies by SKU and pack. Check the selected product page and package contents. Do not assume the same screw thread or length is used for every product.
- What screw thread do I need?
- Many furniture pulls use #8-32 screws and many appliance pulls use #10-24 screws, but the selected SKU controls. Never force a screw with a different thread.
- Can I install the hardware myself?
- Installation may be straightforward when the hole spacing, screw thread, screw length, and panel thickness are compatible. If drilling new holes or working with stone, glass, metal, wiring, or plumbing, use an experienced installer.
- How tight should the screws be?
- Tighten evenly until the hardware is secure. Do not overtighten, because threads, plated finishes, or thin panels may be damaged.
Material & Finish
- What materials are used?
- Materials vary by SKU and may include zinc alloy, stainless steel, brass, aluminum, glass, or other materials. Check the selected product variant rather than relying on the collection name.
- Are finish names the same as the base material?
- No. A finish name describes appearance and surface treatment; it does not identify the base material unless the product page expressly says so.
- Will the finish match my existing hardware?
- Finish names and appearance can vary between manufacturers, production batches, lighting, screens, and surrounding surfaces. Order a sample before a color-critical or large project.
- How should I clean the hardware?
- Use a soft dry cloth for routine care. If needed, use a small amount of mild soap and water, then dry immediately. Avoid abrasive pads, harsh chemicals, bleach, and prolonged moisture unless the product page states otherwise.
Shipping & Returns
- Where do you ship?
- Standard online checkout currently serves eligible addresses in the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. Other destinations are available only when shown at checkout or confirmed in writing.
- How long does delivery take?
- Standard Shipping is estimated at 3-5 business days. Expedited Shipping, when available, is estimated at 2-3 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees.
- Who fulfills eligible U.S. orders?
- Eligible in-stock U.S. orders are fulfilled through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment. Orders placed on khtumeware.com are KHTUMEWARE orders, not Amazon.com or Amazon Prime orders. KHTUMEWARE manages support, returns, refunds, and order resolution.
- How do I start a return?
- Email info@khtumeware.com within 30 calendar days after delivery. Include your order number and the items you want to return. Wait for an RMA, instructions, and the correct return address before shipping anything. U.S. orders are authorized to return to our U.S. return center.
- What if an item is wrong, missing, damaged, or defective?
- Contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery and provide the order number, shipping label, outer packaging, all items received, and clear photos or video of the issue.
Wholesale & Custom
- Do you offer wholesale pricing?
- Yes. Send the SKU or product link, finish, quantity, destination, and requested delivery date. Pricing and terms are confirmed in writing.
- What is the MOQ?
- MOQ varies by SKU, finish, packaging, and project. We confirm the applicable MOQ after reviewing your request.
- Can I order samples?
- Sample availability, price, preparation time, and shipping cost are confirmed case by case.
- Do you support OEM/ODM or custom packaging?
- Requests may be reviewed by our manufacturing partner. Feasibility, MOQ, tooling, samples, lead time, and price must be confirmed in writing before production.
- Do you offer Net 30 terms?
- Open-account terms are not available through the website. Any credit terms require separate written approval.
