Terms of Service

These Terms are provided by Canhuan International Trade Co., Limited (灿欢国际贸易有限公司), a company incorporated in Hong Kong ("KHTUMEWARE", "we", "us", or "our"). The company operates khtumeware.com, sells products through the website, and receives payment for standard website orders.

WENZHOU FANXIN HARDWARE CO., LTD. (温州帆鑫五金有限公司) is the manufacturing partner for KHTUMEWARE products. It is not the seller or payment recipient for standard website orders.

You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law. Information provided for an order, account, or inquiry must be accurate and complete.

An order is an offer to buy. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order because of stock, pricing or catalog errors, address or payment issues, suspected fraud, or inability to fulfill. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the applicable amount.

Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Product availability, tax, shipping, discount, and total price are shown at checkout and may be corrected before acceptance if an obvious error occurs.

Accepted payment methods are those shown at checkout. Standard website payments are received for Canhuan International Trade Co., Limited through the applicable payment processor.

For certain B2B transactions, an authenticated written quotation, invoice, or payment instruction may identify 永嘉鑫亦祺贸易有限公司 as a mainland China settlement entity. Pay that entity only when it is expressly named in the applicable document and the bank details have been confirmed through an official @khtumeware.com email. A changed bank account must be independently reconfirmed before payment.

Shipping regions, rates, processing, delivery estimates, delays, and tracking are governed by the Shipping & Delivery Policy. Applicable taxes may be collected where required. Unless checkout or a written quotation states otherwise, international import duties, taxes, customs charges, and clearance fees are the buyer's responsibility.

Cancellations, returns, damaged or incorrect item claims, and refunds are governed by the Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights.

We work to display accurate product titles, SKUs, dimensions, finishes, materials, pack quantities, prices, and images. The selected SKU and variant control. Finish appearance may vary with lighting, screens, material, and production batch. Finish names do not identify base material unless expressly stated.

Verify CTC, overall dimensions, projection, screw thread, included hardware, quantity, and application before ordering or installing. Contact us before ordering if information is unclear.

Wholesale pricing, samples, custom packaging, and OEM/ODM projects require written review. Feasibility, MOQ, tooling, sample cost, lead time, shipping terms, payment terms, and specifications are not binding until confirmed in an accepted quotation or agreement.

Website text, photographs, graphics, logos, and branding are owned by KHTUMEWARE or used with permission. They may not be copied or used commercially without written authorization. A customer submitting drawings, trademarks, or other materials for a custom project confirms that it has the right to use them.

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious files, scrape data at scale, submit unlawful or abusive content, interfere with security, or use the services for an unlawful purpose.

Payments, fulfillment, shipping, analytics, security, email, and hosting may use third-party providers. Their services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices. We remain responsible for our obligations to customers to the extent required by applicable law.

Except for express product commitments and rights that cannot be excluded, the website is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use or a product order. Any limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer rights.

We are not responsible for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs action, natural disaster, war, epidemic, labor dispute, power or network outage, or supply interruption. This section does not remove any cancellation or refund right that cannot be waived.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without excluding mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in the customer's place of residence.

Subject to those mandatory rights, the courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or a website order. You may also use any court or statutory remedy that cannot be waived in your place of residence.
