These Terms of Service ("Terms") are provided by WENZHOU FANXIN HARDWARE CO., LTD. ("Khtumeware", "we", "us", or "our") and govern your use of khtumeware.com and related purchase or inquiry services.

You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law to place an order. If you create an account or submit business information, you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and kept up to date.

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Product availability, taxes display, and shipping charges shown at checkout are estimates until payment is confirmed and the order is accepted.

An order is an offer to buy. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order (including for pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud) and will notify you if we cannot fulfill it. Payment authorization does not guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or catalog errors before acceptance and to refund any amount charged for a cancelled order.

Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout and may include card payments processed by Stripe, PayPal, and bank transfer for approved wholesale orders.

Khtumeware does not currently offer open-account / NET 30 terms on the website. Any credit terms, if offered later, require separate written approval and are not guaranteed.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Orders may be delayed until payment clears.

Applicable sales tax, VAT, or similar charges may be collected where required. Import duties, customs fees, and brokerage charges in the destination country may be the buyer's responsibility as described in our Shipping Policy.

Shipping regions, processing times, free-shipping thresholds, and risk of loss during transit are described in the Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

Order changes and cancellations are handled under the Returns & Refunds Policy and are generally only available before dispatch processing is completed.

Returns, exchanges, defective-item claims, and refund timelines follow the Returns & Refunds Policy. Mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction are not excluded.

We make commercially reasonable efforts to display accurate dimensions, finishes, and specifications. Minor variations may occur between production batches, lighting, and screen displays.

Finish names describe surface appearance and are not material claims unless a product page expressly states otherwise. Always confirm SKU-level details on the product page before ordering.

Business pricing, bulk orders, samples, and OEM/ODM services are subject to review and written confirmation of feasibility, MOQ, lead time, and pricing.

Quotes are not binding until confirmed in writing. Website content does not create open credit, exclusive supply, or guaranteed production capacity.

Website content, product photography, logos, text, and branding are owned by Khtumeware or its licensors and may not be copied, scraped, or reused for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Product designs and tooling owned by Khtumeware or its suppliers remain protected. Customer-supplied drawings for OEM work remain the customer's responsibility for IP clearance.

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, upload malware, scrape catalog data at scale, submit abusive content, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

We may remove content, block submissions, or refuse service where we reasonably believe these rules are violated.

Checkout, payments, analytics, anti-spam, and hosting may rely on third-party providers (for example Stripe, PayPal, Google Analytics, and Cloudflare). Their terms and privacy policies apply to their processing.

We are not responsible for outages or policy changes of third-party platforms beyond our reasonable control.

Except as expressly stated on a product page or required by law, products and the website are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free website operation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Khtumeware is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities arising from product use or website access.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for the affected item(s).

These limitations do not affect liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is unlawful, or mandatory consumer rights.

You agree to indemnify and hold Khtumeware harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights through materials you submit (including OEM files), except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, epidemics, labor disputes, carrier failures, customs actions, power or network outages, or supply shortages.

We may suspend or terminate website access or refuse future orders if you materially breach these Terms. Provisions that by nature should survive (including IP, liability limits, and governing law) will survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.

Before filing a formal dispute, contact us so we can attempt to resolve the issue in good faith. Nothing in this section prevents you from bringing a claim in a court of competent jurisdiction where mandatory law gives you that right.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where mandatory law requires a different process.
