Currently shipping to the United States and United Kingdom.

Wholesale and bulk orders are available worldwide upon request. Contact our sales team for international B2B quotes.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Business and wholesale orders may require additional verification before shipment.

Standard delivery within the US and UK typically takes 3–8 business days after dispatch.

Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout and may vary by carrier, destination, weather, customs and peak-season volume.

Free shipping is available on qualifying retail orders over $65 to the United States and United Kingdom.

Tracking information is emailed once your order ships. If you do not receive tracking within 3 business days of ordering, please contact support.

Retail orders to the United States and United Kingdom are typically fulfilled under the shipping terms shown at checkout. Any import duties, VAT, brokerage, or customs clearance fees charged by the destination country (if applicable) are the buyer's responsibility unless we expressly state otherwise in writing for a specific order.

Wholesale and international B2B shipments may use different Incoterms (for example EXW, FOB, or DDP) as agreed on the quote. Confirm duties and tax handling before payment.

Please verify your shipping address before ordering. We can only update address details before the order enters processing.

If a parcel is delayed, missing, or damaged, contact wzsy@khtumeware.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number, tracking number, and relevant photos so we can open a carrier claim review and assist with replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refused deliveries, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or failure to collect from a carrier depot may result in return-to-sender fees that are deducted from any refund.
