Returns & Refunds

Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to inspection.

Standard catalog items in resalable condition qualify for return.

Custom OEM/ODM orders, cut-to-length items, and bulk orders with custom packaging may not be eligible unless defective.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos of the product and packaging. We will replace or refund eligible items at no additional cost.

Email wzsy@khtumeware.com with your order number, item SKU, and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions and any required RMA details.

Returns are processed by WENZHOU FANXIN HARDWARE CO., LTD.. Do not ship items without approved RMA instructions.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Contact wzsy@khtumeware.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel or update an order. We can only make changes before dispatch processing is completed.

Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer available; please use the return process for eligible items after delivery.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping unless we agree otherwise in writing.

For defective, damaged-in-transit, or incorrect items caused by our error, we will cover reasonable return shipping or provide a prepaid label where available.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
